c. Programs and Projects to Address Key Performance

1. Every Child A Reader Program (ECARP)

Grade III class utilizes several best practices to achieve the high level of academic
performance. These practices are listed below.

Encourage pupils to develop their potentials and share their talents.


Guide and require pupils to answer in English and in complete sentences.
Help pupils realize the value of the lesson in real life situation.
Adopt integrative and interactive teaching and learning process.
Give pupils a chance to ask questions and share their ideas.
Recite poems, songs, rhymes and jingles.
Borrow books from the library hub to be used by the pupils.
Motivate the pupils to spend time in the library for reading story books.
