Greetings.

My name is Mr. Jobert S. Sogoan a resident of Poblacion Claveria, parent of Hannah Louise T. Sogo-an, a
student of Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) on her behalf, I would like
to notify your office that my daughter will be conducting a research study for her Thesis Writing which is
a requirement in completing her course. The research entitled “Biodiversity and Relative Abundance of
Tree Species Found on a Primary and Secondary Forest of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, Philippines”
specifically in Mt. Lumot and Mt. Sumagaya this coming March 9 – 10, 2019.

This is my second letter request prior my request last weekend that has been postponed due to last
minute notification from the 58th IB, Migbanday.

Attached herewith is the first letter request.
