Visitor entry , with concern person , perpose of meet
PPE, visitor gate pass, vehicle gate pass should be issued
Brief about plan safety rule and regulation, hazards by the security / concern person
Allow the visitor only for official not for any kind of work/job commencement in side the plant premises
If visitor is moving inside the plant premises spouse to be escorted by concern person
visitor is not allowed to operate any equipment without permission
during time of the exit from plant PPE & gate pass should be return at gate
Feed back / near miss should be reported in feedback register on gate
