Need help connecting?

If you are having trouble connecting, the first step is to check if you have a good ISP connection by trying to access an

1. Double-click the Remote Access to HP Network icon located on your desktop

2. Click the Troubleshoot button
3. Connection Assistant will perform several connectivity checks and report the results to you. Follow the

Check your DigitalBadge

o If Connection Assistant detects a problem with your DigitalBadge, you will be directed to the DigitalBadge
