Itinerary

Day 1
ARRIVAL TO PORT BLAIR + CELLULAR JAIL + CARBIN'S COVE'S BEACH + LIGHT &
SOUND SHOW
Fly in to Port Blair Airport. Our representative will meet and assist you at the Veer Savarkar
Airport. Board the waiting vehicles, drive to your hotel and check in. First half of the day is at
leisure. Later in the afternoon visit Cellular jail followed by light and sound show. The Cellular Jail
has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared
a national memorial, this three story prison constructed by Britishers in 1906, is a pilgrimage
destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous
of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws
to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a
vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for
independence. Overnight stay at respective Hotel/Resort at Port Blair. (Note- Cellular jail is
closed on every Monday and national Holidays, visit to Cellular jail and Museum closes by
1600hrs and light n sound show is Open every day 1800hrs) .

Day 2
PORT TO HAVELOCK + RADHANAGAR BEACH (WHITE SAND)
Knock**** knock**** get ready to start your journey to the one of the Natural paradise with
beautiful white sandy beaches, rich coral reefs and lush greens forests name Havelock A lap of
Nature Our tour coordinator will pick you from your hotel he will help you to board the ferry. Our
representative will receive you at Havelock Island after check in at hotel. Start a journey towards
the Radhanagar Beach Grade A beach of outstanding quality. This beach is also rated as one of
the best beaches in Asia by TIME Magazine are paradise for nature lovers collectors of sea
shells because different varieties of colorful shells lie strewn all around. MAJOR ATTRACTION: -
Radha Nagar Beach beach of outstanding quality. .

Day 3
HAVELOCK ELEPHANTA BEACH + KALAPATHAR BEACH (OPTIONAL)
Trip to Elephant Beach: Embark on the most memorable snorkeling trip, just 40 min by Boat this
beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers.
The boat goes right up to the beach and it’s so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkeling.
It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very
scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef
here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of
hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Note: Inclusive of snorkeling equipment and car pick up
and drop to jetty. (Note- This trip is inclusive of transfers, boat charges, Guide floating device and
equipments with an additional cost of INR 1250/- per head. Guest may also hire a 2 wheeler and
take a round of the Island or may choose to go for Scuba Diving or Game fishing on direct
payment basis, this trip may change to Light house due to weather conditions, Ferry Operation is
purely Subjected to Govt clearance) OPTIONAL: Visit to Kalaphattar Beach the island is primarily
populated by Bengali settlers. While on the way you can watch the tropical forests on one side of
the road, the kalapathars (black rocks) that decorate the coastline, the silken smooth silver sands
and the sheer solitude make this beach a great place to relax. (NOTE:-It’s a nice destination to

Day 4
HAVELOCK ISLAND TO NEIL ISLAND + BHARATPUR BEACH + LAXMANPUR BEACH +
NATURAL BRIDGE
Today after check out from the hotel our representative will help you to board the Boat which will
sail to the Neil Island a island of unexplored coral reefs, brilliant biodiversity, white sandy
beaches with tropical forest and vegetation and a very grade A place to chill out after the "bustle"
of Havelock. On arrival at Neil Island, our representative will receive and escort you to check-in to
the resort/hotel. After that start a trip for sightseeing laxmanpur, Bharatpur & Howrah Bridge Neil
beaches are still the place for that added bit of relaxation. Laze in the shadows of its more
famous island neighbor, tranquil Neil .

Day 5
NEIL ISLAND TO PORT BLAIR + CHIDIYATAPU BEACH (SUNSET POINT)
Knock**** knock**** Time to say good bye to Neil Island. After Breakfast our coordinator will help
you to board ferry which will sail to Port Blair. On arrival at Port Blair, our representative will
receive you at Phoenix Bay harbor and escorted you to check in to the Hotel / Resort. After
check-in at the hotel ), we will procced towards the chidyatapu beach The beach is located on
the furthest Southern tip of South Andaman Island 25 kms South of Port Blair and takes about 45
minutes to get there by car. Chidiya Tapu, also known as "Sunset Point" and "Bird Island," is one
of the best places to see the sunset in Port Blair, the main hub of the Andaman Islands. overnight
stay at Port Blair. .

Day 6
EXCURSION TO ROSS ISLAND + NORTH BAY ISLAND
After breakfast, start off for a full- day excursion to Coral Island (North Bay) to see coral reefs,
exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other marine life. This is an ideal place for
snorkeling as this sandy beach coupled with clear water creates a breathtaking spectacle. Please
carry your lunch pack, drinking water & changing dress.( water sports activities available here are
Scuba diving , Under water sea-walk , Snorkeling , glass bottom boat ride , Jet ski- water scooter
, Banana boat ride , speed boat etc on direct payment basis) After North Bay, Visit Ross Island,
the former residential and administrative island of the British during their rule of South East Asia,
was nick named the Paris of the East. This island was completely destroyed in an earthquake,
now in ruins. Overnight stay at respective Hotel at Port Blair.(Note 1- ferry depart at 0930hrs ,

Day 7
DAY LEISURE + PORT BLAIR CITY TOUR
After Breakfast, we take you for the tour of Port Blair city which covers Chatham saw mill (the
oldest and biggest mill in Asia), Forest Museum, Samundrika (Naval Marine Museum),
Anthropological Museum, which displays the tools, models habitats, art and handcrafts of the
aboriginal tribes of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Fisheries (Marine) Museum – Show casing
underwater marine life of Andaman and Nicobar & Water Sports Complex. Afternoon is free for
shopping and other own activities. Overnight stay at respective Hotel/Resort at Port Blair.(Note-
City tour / Museums are closed on Mondays and National Holidays our executives will change

PORT BLAIR GANDHI PARK + MARINA PARK + JOGGES PARK

& Netaji Subhash Bose ... JOGGES PARK: its is a walking park and beautiful aairport view n

Depature

CANCELLATION POLICY OF ANDAMAN GREAT HOLIDAYS

If you cancel your Holiday

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time.
Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking
must be refund your account. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the
published cancellation policy below:

**No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December to 15th January .

**No refunds for unused nights or early check-out in hotels.

**Cancellations outside the cancellation policy will attract a 2% Cancellation penalty.

**No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or Private (Speed
Catamaran) tickets, if already purchased.

** We are not responsible for any Ferry changes due to bad weather condition or
a technical problem, sailing of ferry absolutely depends on weather conditions.

**It is mandatory to carry photo ID proof ( Like Aadhaar Card, Election card, Pass
port, Nationalized Bank ,Govt Servant Id Proof), while you are on tour.

** Due to internet problem in Andaman...So it wouldn't be possible for online &

card payments here.

**In Andaman only three Networks are available, which is ( AIRTEL, BSNL AND
VODAFONE )
**Please note that our Tour Executive will be awaiting you holding a placard with
your name , at the exit gate of the Veer Savarkar International Airport .

** Also carry some summer type cloths, swim dress if need, slipper type for sea beach,
01 no. umbrella as per weather condition.
**ATMs are available at Port Blair easily. At Neil island have no ATM, Havelock Island
& other island you will get rear ATM’s.

POINTS TO NOTE FOR HOTEL SECTORS:-

At port Blair : Check in and out check out time varies from Hotel and it is between
08:30 hours to 12:00 hours, Early check in and late checkout request will be
accommodated by the Hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to
availability and Hotel terms & A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in double
occupancy room.
At Havelock Island : maximum hotel / resorts, the check in time around 11.30 am
& check out time of hotel is 8.00 am , so after check out the hotel ,you keep the
luggage at lobby area and spend time in many ways like enjoy your property or
nearby beach or you can hire a 2 wheeler to explore the Havelock Island .
If you want to late checkout the hotel / resort, rooms are provided to you subject to
availability of room and directly hotel person will do the same as per their terms &
conditions. Or you can inform us in advance for this, we will arrange the same as
per availability of room, charges are extra as per actual hotel conditions.

POINTS TO NOTE FOR SIGHTSEEING & VEHICLE :

**After check inn at hotel, our representative will describe you the itinerary days wise
and also guide you if you required any information.

** Closing day : Baratang Island – Lime Stone Cave , City Tour , Jolly Buoy , Mount
Harriet , Ross & Smith Island is closed on Monday & Ross Island is closed on
Wednesday & occasionally. Light & Sound Show is totally depend on whether
condition. Once the ticket will purchase it can’t be reschedule & refundable.

**The vehicle will be used as per our tour itinerary & will change sector wise. If the
vehicle is used beyond the tour timings or itinerary, extra charges will be applicable
and pay directly at Port Blair to our tour representative.

** All the sightseeing mentioned in itinerary are depends on weather conditions. If boat
will cancel due to bad weather condition we will arrange an alternate tour at Port Bair
but we will not provide you accommodation, it will be extra will pay by you.

** If you want to do additional tour, it will be extra charge pay by you like additional
sightseeing, dinner, etc. Also pay the extra amount for up gradation of Non AC to Ac
Vehicle .

** Due to inclement weather condition that may occur at Port Blair or other
places, some of the sightseeing spots can be visited but may not be suitable for
Water activities like( snorkeling ,Scuba Diving, Under water sea walk & Glass
Boat Ride etc.

POINTS TO NOTE FOR TERMS & CONDITIONS:

** The final Confirmation Voucher will send to you after receiving the advance
payment.

** We are not responsible for cancellation of flight due to airlines problems and if they
provide any refund we will directly pay to you after deducting our service charges.

** We are not responsible for paying the additional expenses due to the changes or
delays in air, road, sea or indeed any other causes, all such expenses will have to be
bear by you directly.

**If you miss or unused any inclusions for example accommodation, meals,
sightseeing, water sports , vehicle then it will not refunded to you.

POINTS TO NOTE FOR GOVERNMENT FERRY:

1.Please note that whereas we undertake to provide you with a place on the sailing, a
fixed seat is sometimes not possible and you may have to travel on deck. By default we
book only the base category in Government Ferry.

2. Ferry timings are subject to change at the government's discretion, and we

assume no liability for disruption in schedule owing to the same, although we will
do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you with
commensurate back-up options in case you are stranded for (say) the first night at
Port Blair and the cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest.

3.For all foreign national the RAP is required to book tickets and hence can only be
bought after your arrival subject to availability. Our liability is limited to the value of the
ticket.

4. In case of foreign nationals/NRI/OCI tickets can only be bought after you land
since the RAP number is mandatory to book the tickets and hence we cannot
guarantee availability of tickets. In case you would like a guaranteed ticket you
should book a flight that allows you to connect to Makruzz which departs at 0815
hrs from PB- Havelock for which we can book tickets one month in advance. For
Indian nationals tickets can be booked only 02 days in advance and all tickets
and seats are subject to availability. We require a ID proof of all Indian Nationals.
We do arrange tickets as per guest preference and there are only one or two
times a year when we are unable to arrange the same and we will be liable only
to the value of the ticket.

5. Andaman Great Holidays merely assist guest with transfers and incase of non
availability of tickets or cancellations our liability is limited to the value of the
ticket. We will certainly assist in arranging alternates and offer the same to the
guest payment for which can be made directly.

6. Ships sail for Port Blair to Havelock / Neil at 6.30 hrs or 14.00 and return from
Havelock / Neil to Port Blair the same at 9.00hrs and 16.00 hrs. Ships belong to
the Andaman and Nicobar govt. administration. Sailing of ships absolutely
depends on weather conditions.

POINTS TO NOTE FOR MV MAKRUZZ / Green ocean/ Coastal Cruise/ Govt.

** In case Makruzz /Green Ocean /Coastal Cruise/ Govt. Ferry are not operational due
to bad weather condition, technical or other unavoidable reasons, we shall make the
best possible alternate arrangements if as per availability. However, we will not be
liable for any refund claims arising issues from this.

**Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and incase the
same is not available, we shall try and block you either on the DELUXE or ROYAL
category and the difference for the same can be paid on arrival. We offer to book only
the base category in our standard package.
