    DESIGN BRIEF

    The goal is to create a perpendicular connections cross development that includes public uses,
    such as retail, entertainment occupancies, and recreational activities that will serve as a public mini
    park. The connections provide opportunities for integrated regenerative design, stormwater
    management, habitat restoration, public access, and redevelopment.

    EXISTING CONDITIONS

    - There are two possible entrance and exit for the site

    Two types:

    - Cement
    - Not fully furnished

    - The main roads are too narrow

    - Lack of Green Space

    - Security

    DESIGN OBJECTIVES

    Users, experience, environment, & on how to sustain the place

    - To create a high-quality public space in which people can spend more time, interact,
    and shop
    - To develop the natural environment and to enhance the cleanliness of the river
    - To develop different experiences and activities for public and private initiatives

    - To Provide a sufficient amount of active and passive recreational lands to meet


    current and future recreational needs of a community.
    - To Provide adequate access to public parks and recreational facilities within safe
    walking distance.
    - To Provide a diversity of recreational facilities to meet the varied needs and
    interests of the community
    - To provide well maintained and safe park and recreational facilities
    - Reduce motor vehicle dependency by encouraging a multi-modal transportation
    network, ensuring access to biking and walking routes for all who choose or require
    them.
