Schedule for Updation of Admission Status of PGDFM 2018-20

Waitlisted candidates can re-check their status periodically in accordance with the
following schedule. Status of waitlisted candidates will remain unchanged between
status updation dates.

(Example : If you checked your result on 14-04-2018 and found yourself waitlisted, you
should re-check only on01-05-2018 and then as per the schedule given below to see
any change in status).

Important Information for Selected Candidates to PGDFM 2018-20

A candidate who has been selected (status must show 'Selected') should send the
required fee through SBI-I Collect / Demand Draft so as to reach on or before 30-04-2018
to IIFM:

• Through SBI-I Collect in the account of Indian Institute of Forest


Management, Bhopal A/c name – Admission Batch 2018-20 First Installment
(or)
• Demand Draft Drawn in favour of Director, Indian Institute of Forest
Management payable at Bhopal, to be sent by Speed Post (or) reliable courier
service to The Chairperson - PGDFM Admission, Indian Institute of Forest
Management, Post Box No. 357, Nehru Nagar, Bhopal 462003 (MP).

General/OBC - Non Creamy/DA Rs. 1,52,400 (Rupees One lakh fifty two
thousand four hundred only) as first
installment of academic fee of first year.
SC/ST Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) as first
installment of academic fee of first year.

The intimation regarding payment of fee along with transaction number, (in case of
SBI-i Collect/ Demand Draft Scan copy of Demand Draft) name of student and
CAT/XAT registration number to be sent by email to pgdfmadmission@iifm.ac.in
indicating acceptance of admission offer so as to reach the Admission Office on or
before 30th April, 2018 by 05:00 PM

The fee received by Demand Draft or any other above mentioned mode after this
date and time will not be entertained and the vacant seat will be offered to the next
waitlisted candidate. The offer of Admission to selected candidates is being
dispatched by email and Speed Post. IIFM will not be responsible for any postal delay
at any stage of the Admission process. Candidates are advised to check the receipt
of the Demand Draft sent by them from Admission Office of IIFM.

The second installment of first year academic fee of Rs. 1,50,000/- (General/OBC
Non-creamy/DA) or Rs. 88,400/- (SC/ST) along with Rs.10,000/- as caution
money should be paid on or before 25th June, 2018 i.e. at the time of registration,
failing which the admission offer will be treated as cancelled.
Waitlisted candidates after the fourth updation will be informed about their
status of admission after 15.06.2018 by email / phone and they should be
prepared to take admission in short notice.
