    INVITATION

    Dear Bridge Friends,


    On behalf of Tomohon City Contract BridgeAssociationin particular the organizing
    committee, we request the pleasure of your team participation to the 1stTomohon
    International Bridge 2019.

    The tournament will consist of two of the most prestigious match numbers, Open Team and
    Open Swiss Pair.There are Cups to win and more than IDR 200.000.000 in cash total prizes.

    Tomohon, in North Sulawesi, has been widely known in Indonesia as oneof the best Bridge
    players in the country. It will be a very challenging tournament and it is an honor for us to be
    able to host the tournament.

    We - the organizers – would very much like to welcome a team from your country to come to
    Tomohon City where it all will be organized and played. The city of Tomohon is at an altitude
    of more than 800 meters above sea level with a beautiful mountain nature landscape. The
    beautiful tropical climate will be a perfect atmosphere for a mind draining bridge game.

    For first five foreign team who register through our website, the organizing committee
    prepared three free twin share hotel rooms for the period of Sunday, August 4th – Thursday,
    August 8th and no entry fee will be charged. For all foreign team, the committee will provide
    free airport-hotel-venue transport for the period of the tournament. We will also prepare a
    transportation service to the city center as well as tourist/sightseeing. Booking required.

    Coincidentally, the Tomohon International Flower Festival carnival will be held at the same
    time. The committee will arrange a time and place at the end of the tournament for your
    team to enjoy the carnival.

    Please confirm your participation before June17th, 2019, and give us the names of the players
    (incl. day of arrival and departure) not later than July 29th, 2019.

    you to Tomohon in August 2019.
