Deed of Assignment Blank

This deed of assignment transfers the rights, title, and interest of an assignor/transferor's mortgage on a property to an assignee/transferee. The assignor/transferor had provided a loan secured by a mortgage on the property. In consideration of payment, the assignor/transferor now assigns all interest in the mortgage to the assignee/transferee, who accepts the assignment. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This deed of assignment is made and entered into this _______________________ at

ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment in accordance with the terms herein set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the sum of

hereby acknowledged to have received from the ASSIGNEE, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns,

ASSIGNEE by these presents hereby accepts the assignment and agrees to be bound by the terms
