They unanimously approved three separate but identical resolutions to request PHP 50,000 in financial assistance from Hon. Arthur D. Defensor Jr. of Iloilo Province for the construction of footwalks in three different areas of Barangay Polopiña to provide safe access for residents. The resolutions will be furnished to Hon. Defensor's office for favorable consideration.

    A RESOLUTION RESPECFULLY REQUESTING HON. ARTHUR D. DEFENSOR, JR., PROVINCE OF


    ILOILO, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF PESO: FIFTY THOUSAND (50,000.00)
    FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTWALK IN BRGY. POLOPIÑA PROPER, CONCEPCION, ILOILO

    WHEREAS, the Sanguniang barangay has identified as one of its priority project, the
    construction of foot walk in Brgy. Polopiña Proper

    WHEREAS, the completion of said project will provide a safe and convenient road access for the use
    of the residents in the area.

    WHEREAS, the barangay has no funds to implement the project

    NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Gie A. Destacamento and duly seconded by Hon. Rony A.
    Solaber, be it.

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to respectfully request Hon. Arthur D. Defensor, Jr., Province
    of Iloilo, financial assistance in the amount of peso: Fifty Thousand (50,000.00) for the construction
    of foot walk in Brgy. Polopiña Proper, Concepcion, Iloilo.

    RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copy of this resolution to the Office of Hon. Arthur D. Defensor, Jr.,
