3. Registration Fee in the shape of DD/BC in favour of “PAO, R.R. District, Hyderabad” for
Special Class (Civil) Class-I (Civil) Class-II (Civil)

4. Solvency Certificate issued by the Scheduled Bank in the format appended (Annexure-III) for

Charted Accountant as filed in Income Tax returns in the format appended (Annexure-V).
c) Form 26AS (in support of payments received) for the financial year for which details/list of Civil Engineering

b) Declaration that there are no Criminal Cases during the last Ten (10) years duly Notarized. (Annexure-VII).
c) Declaration that there are no other Contractor Registration either in individual name or as a sole
Proprietor/Managing Partner / Partner / Managing Director / Director of any Firm / Company duly Notarized.
