We at Darson Securities (Private) Limited always strive to give
extraordinary service to our valued clients, in this respect we are
pleased to inform you that we are now introducing new leverage
products line at our online trading platform so that the client can easily
do their trading through Vtrade by his own.

Vtrade is a flexible, scalable and extremely efficient web enabled Online

Trading System, which allows a secure and efficient way of orders
placement at PSX.

Following ready and leverage products details are available in our

online trading application.

 Regular market 100% cash base.

 Future market 33.33% margin (ledger balance should be credit for

order placement).

 MTS (Margin Trading System) 33.33% margin (Minimum 10% cash

required in ledger).

 MFS (Margin Financing System) 33.33% margin (Minimum 10%

cash required in ledger).

Following is our Manual for online order placements in Darson Vtrade.

Section (A): ( Vtrade Desktop Application)
Shortcut Keys for Buying & Selling on regular market 100%
cash base.

Buy Order
Client can buy shares simply by hitting the F4 key.

Buy order contains the following fields and all are considered necessary to fill.

After selecting the Buy Order Option, following Window appears.

Order Type
A drop down bar is given from which client can select desired order type, order types
include:
 LIMIT
 MARKET
 STOPLOSS
 MIT (MARKET IF TOUCHED
Volume
Number of shares client wants to buy.

Symbol
Symbol of the particular company.

Price
It is defined as rate per share. Rate is defined on the basis of order type.

 LIMIT
 MARKET
 STOPLOSS
 MIT (MARKET IF TOUCHED)

Account
You have to mention your account name here. (By default your account will be filled).

PIN Code
Every client has given a unique PIN Code which he/she has to enter to perform the action.

DiscVol *
DiscVol (disclosed volume) is to hide the order volume in the market, only the total Order
Volume – disclosed volume will be visible in the market.

Submit

After filling the form press submit button, a confirmation windows will open, click on “ok”
button then your order will be transfer to PSX through our platform.

Exit

Exit button is used to exit from the window.

Sell Order

Client can sell shares simply by hitting the F5 key.

Sell order contains the following fields and all are considered necessary to fill.

After selecting the Buy Order Option, following Window appears.

Order Type
A drop down bar is given from which client can select desired order type. Order type
includes:

 LIMIT
 MARKET
 STOPLOSS
 MIT (MARKET IF TOUCHED)

Volume
Number of shares client wants to buy.

Price
