    Dear Mrs. XYZ:

    We write in behalf of our client, DEF GHI. You had issued him checks in
    payment of jewelleries you have purchased from him. This is to formally
    notify you that the following checks that you issued had been dishonored
    because the bank account concerned was already closed:

    HSBC 0000333333 Php450,000.00 12/10/2016
    HSBC 0000222222 Php740,000.00 12/10/2016

    Please see attached as Annexes A and B copies of the aforementioned


    checks.

    Final demand is now made upon you to make good your obligation on these
    checks within five (5) days from receipt hereof. Otherwise, I shall be
    constrained to file the necessary civil and criminal actions against you in
    accordance with law.
