UNDERWATER MATEABLE MINIATURE CONNECTORS
I N T R O D U C T I O N
pb^=`lk ® is proud to introduce the jf`ol=tbqJ`lk ( MWC ). This small, yet robust connector is
a perfect addition to the pb^= `lk ® family of wet-mateable connectors. The jf`ol= tbqJ`lk
connector series was developed to provide all the features of our ^iiJtbq series, in a miniature,
industry standard configuration. The new small size offers the same flexibility and reliability as our
other rubber molded connectors, in a lightweight and user-friendly model.
The jf`ol= tbqJ`lk series allows for smaller through ports in a pressure vessel and a greater
density of conductors in a compact area. The smaller cables decrease the overall weight and drag
of an ROV or other vessel. This connector is wet-mateable therefore enabling connections to be
made underwater, on-deck or in any weather condition.
C O M P A T I B I L I T Y
pb^= `lk ∆ does not recommend inter-mating the jf`ol= tbqJ`lk series with other
manufacturers’ connectors. However, in an emergency situation, our connector may be temporarily
used with other similar connectors to prevent any delay in productivity.
A V A I L A B I L I T Y
The jf`ol= tbqJ`lk series is a stocked item, which ensures quick delivery (in reasonable
quantities) of standard configurations. Custom cable lengths are available upon request.
M A T E R I A L S
The jf`ol= tbqJ`lk is made from a proprietary grade Neoprene. The standard locking sleeves
are Delrin ®, which is lightweight, durable and user-friendly in the working environment (Brass and
Stainless Steel are also available upon request).
