14. The Vendors delivered all the Original documents pertaining to the Schedule
Mentioned Property to the Purchaser today and agreed and assured the purchaser
that they produce whenever the purchaser required the registered title deed for
verification of concerned authorities on behalf of the purchaser.
15. The Vendors further assure that if for any reasons, the title of the Vendors
over the Schedule Mentioned Property is found defect or the Schedule Mentioned
Property is lost in the litigation by virtue of any claim or dispute or disputes made by
any person or persons than the purchaser shall have right to recover the total sale
consideration along with interest or equivalent value of the property as per the
prevailing market value from the Vendors herein along with damages.
16. The Vendors hereby declare that today the purchaser is inducted into
possession of the Schedule Mentioned Property by virtue of this sale deed, the
Vendors hereby once again confirming the possession of Schedule Mentioned
Property through this sale deed and the purchaser hereafter shall hold and enjoy the
same as absolute owner together with all rights of ownership.
