1.0 Introduction
This proposal outlines the Services to be provided by IGNITEY to SCHOOLS/
COLLEGES/ UNIVERSITIES.
2.1.1.1 Proper on page and off page Search Engine Optimization would be done
for the website of “SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY”. The website will be
targeted for India and its various geographical locations. All the title tab and meta
description in all the pages of the website will be optimised for the same.
2.1.1.3. IGNITEY will provide all the content required for the optimization of the
website.
2.1.1.4. IGNITEY will be doing the following included in the SEO of the website
owned by SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY:
2.1.1.5.1. Amendment of the Page Titles

2.1.1.5.2. Adding Meta Description (Since Google does not use it
anymore, we still update it for further updates of other Search
Engines apart from Google)
2.1.1.5.3. Adding Meta Tags for the web pages
2.1.1.5.4. Adding Body Tags for the web pages of the website
2.1.1.5.5. SEO of the images on the website
2.1.1.5.6. Customisation of the URLs in order to make them SEO
friendly
2.1.1.5.7. Internal linking of the website wherever it is possible
2.1.1.5.8. Adding and updating sitemap of the website
2.1.1.5.9. RSS feeds for the blogs on the website
2.1.1.5.10. Adding Robots.txt file and updating it regularly
2.1.1.6. The following Off-Page SEO will be done by IGNITEY during this process:

A blog integrated in the website wherein the primary focus will be to help
our students for their careers, spreading awareness about the
SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY campus and its diaspora. This blog will
also help in making the robots of Google understand the genre of our
website leading to better ranking.

The blogs will also be posted on different platforms of Google especially
Quora, and other 30+ platforms.
A new website of the institution will be designed with the following features
targeting the upcoming
admission season of 2019.
Payment Terms:
Website: 50% Advance and 50% after the final approval of the website
(Optional).
ORM: 100% Advance Payment on 7th of every month.
Pay Per Click Model: 100% Advance Payment on 7 th of every month
