Subject: Digital Marketing Proposal

1.0 Introduction
This proposal outlines the Services to be provided by IGNITEY to SCHOOLS/
COLLEGES/ UNIVERSITIES.

2.0 Scope of Services


The proposed Scope of Services to be provided by IGNITEY to
SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY is set out as the following:

2.1 Online Reputation Management

The main objectives of the same are as following:


 To increase awareness among the students about SCHOOL/ COLLEGE/
UNIVERSITY
 To propagate the brand of SCHOOL/ COLLEGE/ UNIVERSITY
 To promote the CSR activities and USPs of SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY.
 To increase admissions for the next academic session.
 To target the demography as per requirements.

To achieve the same, the process is as follows:

2.1.1 Search Engine Optimization

2.1.1.1 Proper on page and off page Search Engine Optimization would be done
for the website of “SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY”. The website will be
targeted for India and its various geographical locations. All the title tab and meta
description in all the pages of the website will be optimised for the same.

2.1.1.2. SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY in consultation with IgniteY will


provide the keywords on which the optimization will be done.

2.1.1.3. IGNITEY will provide all the content required for the optimization of the
website.

2.1.1.4. IGNITEY will be doing the following included in the SEO of the website
owned by SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY:
2.1.1.5.1. Amendment of the Page Titles

2.1.1.5.2. Adding Meta Description (Since Google does not use it
anymore, we still update it for further updates of other Search
Engines apart from Google)
2.1.1.5.3. Adding Meta Tags for the web pages
2.1.1.5.4. Adding Body Tags for the web pages of the website
2.1.1.5.5. SEO of the images on the website
2.1.1.5.6. Customisation of the URLs in order to make them SEO
friendly
2.1.1.5.7. Internal linking of the website wherever it is possible
2.1.1.5.8. Adding and updating sitemap of the website
2.1.1.5.9. RSS feeds for the blogs on the website
2.1.1.5.10. Adding Robots.txt file and updating it regularly

2.1.1.6. The following Off-Page SEO will be done by IGNITEY during this process:

2.1.1.6.1. Article Submissions for SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY

2.1.1.6.3. Social Bookmarking (For example, adding Facebook Instant
and connect it to your Facebook page)

2.1.1.6.66. Adding FAQs to various Questions and Answers forums

2.1.2 Social Media Management

2.1.2.1. In this process, we will be managing


SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY’s account on the following social media
platforms namely:

 Facebook
 Instagram
 LinkedIn
 YouTube

2.1.2.2.The process will include the following activities:

 Management of entire four platforms stated above.


 Unlimited postings in a month.
 Event and Notice Board updation
 2000+ Facebook Page likes per month (Through Influencer
Marketing for maximum reach)

2.1.2 Blogging (Content Management)

 A blog integrated in the website wherein the primary focus will be to help
our students for their careers, spreading awareness about the
SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY campus and its diaspora. This blog will
also help in making the robots of Google understand the genre of our
website leading to better ranking.

 The blogs will also be posted on different platforms of Google especially
Quora, and other 30+ platforms.

2.2 Website Designing and Development of SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY


(OPTIONAL)

A new website of the institution will be designed with the following features
targeting the upcoming
admission season of 2019.

The new website will be incorporated with the following features:


 Latest as well as the best state of the art technology and full featured theme.
 CMS based website developed and designed on Wordpress.
 The website will be completely dynamic and responsive.
 SEO-friendly integration of CMS.
 Appropriate content placement.
 Easy scrolling.
 Payment portal options with availability of prospectus online after the payment.
 Catalogue download option on the front page.
 Sitemap, RSS and Robot.txt files integration on the website.
 Minified Java and CSS scripts for the best optimized result of the website.

2.3 Maintenance of the website of SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY (OPTIONAL)

The new website created for SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY will be maintained by


IgniteY till the time of the contract.

3.0 Payment to IGNITEY


The terms and conditions of payments of fees to IGNITEY are described in Clause
4 and Clause 5 of this Engagement Letter.

4.0 Deliverables and Project Schedule


The Assignment shall be executed as per the Scope of Services specified. This
Engagement Letter for a period of 09 (nine) months.

 SEO Activities Report.
 Lead Generation for SCHOOL/COLLEGE/UNIVERSITYS

5.0 Terms and Conditions of Payment


5.1 Consulting Fees and Payment Milestones
5.1.1 The fees to be paid to IGNITEY shall be as per plan, given below:

Payment Terms:

 Website: 50% Advance and 50% after the final approval of the website
(Optional).
 ORM: 100% Advance Payment on 7th of every month.
 Pay Per Click Model: 100% Advance Payment on 7 th of every month
