• Two Sets of Attested Copies of Academic along with other Documents: Details of the documents is mentioned on page
2 of this letter.

Note : Failing to provide the required documents within the stated deadline will result in your seat getting offered to
the next awaiting candidate.

*Admissions in CUI System are provisional and subject to fulfillment of all academic requirements. The University reserves the
right to withdraw/cancel admission at any stage during your stay at CUI in case a candidate does not possess the requisite
qualification and / or percentage of marks in qualifying degree or provides any false information/facts. Offer is also issued
provisionally subject to formal approval of PEC with regard to change of HEI name from CIIT, Islamabad to COMSATS University
Islamabad.

Result awaiting candidates must submit their result card within two weeks of the announcement of results to the concerned
office at the campus. The admission of such candidates is liable to be cancelled in case they fail to meet the desired eligibility
criteria after announcement of results by the concerned university/board.

Payment of dues: Payment of fee is remitted through bank challan form issued to you in your admission account below offer
letter.

• Total amount: Rs. 131,725/-
Please note that dues once paid will only be reimbursed as per the CUI policy if you decide to withdraw your admission at any
later stage. No installments will be allowed at the time of admission. Your acceptance to join the university will be
considered with the understanding that during your stay at CUI, you will observe or abide by all conditions stated above and also
the rules, regulations, policies and standing orders issued by the university’s authorities from time to time. Non-observance of
any of these can lead to your disqualification/removal from the university at any time.
