Erythema multiforme can be caused by HSV, drugs, or mycoplasma. Erythema migrans presents as a bullseye rash and is caused by Lyme disease. Erythema marginatum is associated with rheumatic fever caused by Group A Streptococcus pyogenes. Erythema nodosum is linked to sarcoidosis. It also lists medications used to treat heavy metal poisoning and their purposes, such as dimercaprol for arsenic, lead and mercury poisoning
