We are fast growing start-up involved in the Corporate Dealership for reputed insurance companies
namely: Life Insurance Corporation Of India, Star Health Insurance, Religare health insurance, Future
Generali (Life & General insurance), and United India General Insurance. We deal in both general
and life insurance policies.

JOB DISCRIPTION

We are looking for fresh minded and active candidates for the following job description:

The post we are hiring for is Business Development Manager. The post will involve three months of
training period during which they will have to do direct sales, for which we will provide the
necessary product knowledge and marketing training. During the training period they will hold the
post of Management Trainee, after which they will be promoted to Business Development Manager
(BDM) upon successful completion of assigned tasks. When they are promoted to BDM they will
have to do recruitment, training, follow-up and Team Management.

Compensation Details:

They will get a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month during the training period. When they are promoted
to BDM they will be eligible for compensation of Rs. 2.5 LPA, purely based on their performance.
Apart from that they will get bonuses, gifts, gift vouchers and tours.
