Getting started
Note: COM1 is the default setting. You may need to select a different COM port of your
computer.
The connection to your controller is being established and the DDE server communication
tool is automatically launched. At the bottom of the window a yellow bar appears denoting the
connection is preparing and upon a full connection the bar turns green.
You can get further information about InteliMonitor in the following chapter.
e) Open the location with the firmware, see the picture above.
f) Choose the version of the firmware and click Open.
The Import firmware appears:
g) Click Import.
h) If it is a case, to confirm the message Overwrite file, click Yes to All.
k) Click OK.
1. Go to OPTIONS -> IMPORT FIRMWARE menu to import new firmware (obtained from e-mail,
ComAp web site etc.) to the LiteEdit.
2. "Import firmware" window appears. Click on icon and select the IWE file you want import.
3. You will see the contents of the IWE file in the lower part of the window.
4. Press "Import" button to import the firmware to the LiteEdit.
To proceed refer to Reference Guide for appropriate application: Configure the inputs' and outputs'
functions. Use DriveMonitor / LiteEdit to adjust controller setpoints. Configure password protection
levels, sensor characteristics, language options etc.
1.9.2 InteliDrive-Lite
In LiteEdit go Controller – Configuration – Select (or Modify) … and then click Write to controller
button.

What Is DriveConfig?
DriveConfig is intended for off-line configuration of ComAp InteliDrive DCU and InteliDrive Mobile
controllers.
Any configuration modifications have to be subsequently downloaded to the controller or saved
to an archive file. Online changes and monitoring has to be done from DriveMonitor. Pay attention
to DriveConfig Overwrite setpoints option.
To open DriveConfig from DriveMonitor click Tools – DriveConfig. The DriveConfig window appears.

What is LiteEdit?
LiteEdit is intended for on-line monitoring and configuration of ComAp ID-Lite controller.
LiteEdit supports InteliDrive Lite and is Windows 2000 / XP / Vista based software which provides
following functions:

Only when you cannot find your local distributor in the list or you did not receive the expected
feedback from him, do one of the following:

3. After the user registration form appears, fill in the form and click REGISTER.
Your user name and password will be sent to your email address.
4. Open this mail and click the confirmation link.
5. Confirm your registration.
Now you can log in to the ComAp members club.
