I am writing to express my interest in a bilingual trainee recruitment consultant role (ref:


23416253) that is advertised on the reed website.

As you can see from my CV (please find attached), I have recently completed a CIPD Foundation
Certificate in Human Resource Practice and have a lot of experience in dealing with
administrative, managerial and customer service related tasks. I believe that I possess all the
character traits that are required for this job and having just recently qualified I am very
determined to get a role in this industry as soon as possible to utilise the skills and knowledge that
I have gained. I am particularly keen on recruitment and selection.

I am very hard-working, self-motivated and ambitious, which I have proved by making a decision
to requalify and undergo a lot of training courses. Additionally, I have a fluent command of Polish
and English (both written and spoken), which are essential for this role.

Working as a study skills centre manager in language schools, I have developed my commercial
awareness and learnt how to professionally represent the brand. I was always trying to satisfy the
customers’ needs, which resulted in extra bookings and that proved that I have a sales ability. As
a manger I used to deal with a variety of enquiries from different clients, which helped me develop
my problem solving skills. I am capable of navigating the internet and recently started an ECDL
course to enhance my knowledge of Microsoft packages.

For all these reasons, I believe I am a strong candidate for this role, which would greatly help me
to start my new career in Human Resources.
