Acknowledgement

I have taken efforts in this project. However, it

would not have been possible without the kind support and
help of many individuals. I would like to extend my sincere
thanks to all of them. First, I would like to express my
special thanks to God our Father, for guiding us always in
the whole duration of our On the Job Training Program.
Second my teachers, “The Faculty-Hospitality Management
Program” for teaching us all the best for us to be able to
work effectively as well as working with good values. Also,
special thanks of gratitude to our very own Mrs. Pamela Uy
for leading us in preparing for our papers for the said
program and for always reminding us to behave formally in
the work place, this program will not be possible without
her efforts. To my family, thank you for all the support,
Financially, Spiritually, and Emotionally. I will never
reach at this level and I will never be sent in school
without you, thank you for always there for me no matter
what, for the guidance and for giving such attention and
time.
Also to my friends and classmates, I would like to
express my deepest appreciation for helping each other a
lot to finish and in finalizing this book with limited time
frame. To Melgin Gara and Marianne Borromeo, whose have
invested his and her full effort in guiding the team in
achieving the goal, and for giving me the updates while in
Cebu.
Likewise to the employees of Crown Regency Hotel and
Towers: the managers of each department, supervisors, chefs
and the regular employees, who helped us improved our
Page |2

skills, and for making us realize that the training

and experience in actual work will broaden our knowledge
about our course. Furthermore, I would like to thank them
for guiding us in the hotel, for treating us like their co-
workers and loving us like their family.
Last but not the least: I beg forgiveness of all those
have been with me for the entire duration of the training
who I failed to mention in this acknowledgement.
