Rationale
At the onset of the Diaz administration in Northern Luzon Mission (NLM) is a new dream
and vision for the remnant of the Old NLM due to its division creating another mission called
Marvin C. Diaz started his Presidential term for the 2016-2020 Quinquennium on the first
day of January, 2016. The new territory of NLM covers the Districts of Northern Tarlac & Nueva
