2. Pets shower us with love so it’s not surprising they have a big impact on our
organ : the heart.
a. Studies show that dog owners have a lower risk of heart disease,
including lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Dogs also benefits
patient who already have cardiovascular disease. They’re not only
four time more likely to be alive after a year if they own a dog, but
they’re also more likely to survive a heart attack.
b. Other than that, cat owner also can feline affection confers a similar
effect. One 10 years study found that current and former cat owners
were 40 percent less likely to suffer a heart attack and 30 percent
less likely to die of other cardiovascular diseases.
2. Create laughter
a. We’ve talked about how one of the most important steps to finding
the satisfaction of enough is to make sure that there’s enough
laughter in your life. We can promise you one thing, almost any pet
will bring you laughter.
b. It may take time and depending on where you got your pet, some
patience. But once your pet’s personality opens up you will
experience laughter. Do you know what’s better than a hundred
YouTube videos of adorable cats and dogs doing adorable things ?
Actually live cats and dogs doing those things daily right in front of
you.
3. Dogs protects you at once if you are in danger, how dog can save your life ?
a. If you were robbed by a bad guy, the sign of your dog protecting you
is that it will bite or attack the bad guy at once, instead of hiding
itself. In such a case, your dog would be quite effective on defending
you during a break in.
b. Most dogs will at least try to protect their people if they feel that
she/he is in danger. Usually, this is because there is a bond between
person and dog, but sometimes it’s because the “danger’ has
entered the dog’s territory and the dog is protecting it.
c. Most dogs consider they are members of the family (pack) and will
resent any threat to any member of the family.
(Transition: Your health can also be gain if you adopt a pets such as a dog that give more benefits )

III. Pet adoption benefits both the animal and the person adopting
1. Getting the stray pets to the home
a. If people were to simply adopt instead of buying, support local animal
shelters, and boycott stores that sell any exotic animals or illegal
animal. The lives of many animals could be saved, and these will
prevent the animals from become extinct.
b. These actions will help the pets at the roads become over population
cause there is someone who willing to take and adopt them to their
home, and could no longer become an issue.
Conclusion
I. Before buying or adopting a pet, be sure to educate yourself about the animal’s specific needs for
maintaining their health and wellness.
II. If you aren’t ready to commit to taking an animal into your home or it’s too expensive or too much of
a commitment there are other ways to benefit from the animal/human connection. Head into nature
and look for birds or other wildlife. Another option is volunteering at an animal shelter or pet sitting
for neighbors or family members who are going on vacation.
III. Animals are calming, accepting friends that offer unconditional love and kindness, as well as many
health benefits. So think about bringing a pet into your life. You won’t regret it.
