    SUBJECT: - REGULAR THE AUTOMATION PROJECT (PHASE-II) CONTRACT EMPLOYEES


    OF NATIONAL SAVINGS OF PAKISTAN.
    R/Sir.

    I am directed to invited your attention with the approval ministry of finance


    Central Directorate of National Savings of Pakistan (CDNS), start Automation Project
    Phase-II on dated 15-06-2015. According to PC-1rules all contract officer/technical staff
    appointed through open competition, after completion of project will transfer to non-
    development budget of CDNS because of continuing nature of posts, there
    understanding and familiarity with newly implemented system.

    “All contract/contingent paid/daily wage/Project employees who have rendered


    a minimum of one year of service, in continuity, as on 1-1-2017 (hereinafter refer
    to as eligible employees) may apply for appointment on regular basis in the
    manner prescribed.”

    Thereafter we are working with national saving form 15-06-2015 till working, know
    government announce the new policy of contract/contingent paid/daily wage/Project
    employees but Director General of National Savings of Pakistan refused the government
    policy and denouements the project on 30th sept 2017 terminate the all IT staff.
    Respected sir there is 300 strength of automation staff the concerned had to sit late
    after the office hours and during close holiday to do the work without any allowance.

    We hope you will consider our contribution to National Savings of Pakistan and support
    us for regularization. We shall prove our worthy skill, for this act of kindness, we shall
    remain thankful to you.
