3. Why flue gas analyzer from Cubic can measure up to 5 components simultaneously?
4. How to solve the inference from water vapor to SO2 and NOx?
The traditional double-beam infrared gas sensor technology due to the impact of filter
bandwidth, SO2, NOx and water vapor IR absorption peaks overlap, cross-infection is very
serious. Experimental results show: 4 ℃ in the flue gas water vapor saturation SO2, NOx
measurement results of up to 50-100ppm.
Infrared gas sensors using micro-flow, while the water allocation of special
compensation mechanism, to a large extent resolved gaseous water on SO2, NOx
interference problems, after testing and validation, saturated air at room temperature for
SO2, NOx maximum of only 5-8ppm
