Power Smoothie Cleansing Broth Recipe -
Rice powder protein - 2 tbsp. (yields 2 quarts)
Ground flaxseeds - 2 tbsp. Water – 3 quarts
Frozen berries - 1/2 cup Large onion, chopped - 1
Banana - 1/2 Carrots, sliced - 2
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk or Winter squash cut into large
coconut milk - 1 cup cubes - 1 cup
Root vegetables: any of the following:
Put all ingredients in a blender and turnips, parsnips, rutabagas - 1 cup
blend together for 30 seconds. Chopped greens: any of the following:
