B Leather crack filler is a water based
acrylic paste that fills out scratches in leather
or any part of that grain that is missing.

Handling and Application

The Leather crack filler paste contains approximately

30% water, which means that when the product is dry,
the volume of the product will have diminished by
30%. Consequently, deep scratches will probably
have to be refilled once more. The adhesion of a
filler is depending on the thickness of the product.
The thinner the product, the better the adhesion.
The thicker the worse the adhesion. You can
sand B leather crack filler with fine sanding
paper (P320-P400) before adding the final
colour on the filled scratch.

B Compound is a water based flexible acrylic

leather filler for holes in leather and vinyl.
Must be over coated with water based or
solvent based leather coating. Resistant to
common used leather cleaner and protection.

Curing time:
Dust-dry after approx. 1 minute by heating
at 140 degrees. Set to touch when cooled
down.

Handling and Application

Clean the area with plast cleaner part no.
00.039. Fill the damaged area with B
Compound using the palette knife part no.
00.013. Apply a mouldmaker copy on top of
the wet glue. Use the heat sealing iron on the
mould from Mouldmaker part no. 00.021 and
heat the product until it is melting. Cool down
with cooling bag part no. 00.007 and carefully
remove the mould.

Instructions for use

1. Shake the bottle well before using.
2. Pre-test the colorfastness on a hidden area.
3. Put HBC Leather Cleaner, strong onto a soft sponge and produce foam by squeezing it repeatedly.
4. Clean the area without rubbing.
5. Wipe the excess foam and the soiling away with a soft white cotton cloth.
6. Dry with a dry cloth and let dry fully.

HBC LEATHER STAIN REMOVER

Part no. 00.942 Stain remover - 250ml.

HBC Stain remover removes resistant stains from leather and PVC. Do not use on aniline, nubuck
or suede. Use this product with caution.

Instructions for use

1. Apply a little HBC Stain remover on a clean cloth.
2. Test the colour resistance of the leather on a hidden spot.
3. Rub lightly on the leather to see if there is no colour transfer onto the cloth.
4. If this test is OK, rub lightly with the cloth over the stained area.
5. If needed, treat the stained area once more, checking regularly that no colour is transferred onto the cloth.
6. Clean the treated area with HBC Leather Cleaner.
7. Let dry and apply HBC Leather Guard.

HBC Leather Guard is a water based protection cream for all leather types, except nubuck
and suede. HBC Leather Guard protects against oil, water and alcohol based stains as well as
everyday dirt and grime. It will also keep your leather lovely and soft, and when used regularly
prevents pigmented leather from cracking.
We recommend your leather is cleaned and re-protected at least every six months. Aniline leather
placed in rooms subject to heavier use may need cleaning more regularly and more thoroughly.

Instructions for use

1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Pre-test on a concealed area.
3. Put a small amount of HBC Leather Guard onto a soft, clean cloth and apply to the surface
of the leather evenly. Repeat on areas subject to heavy use.
4. Leave about 30 minutes to dry.
5. Buff the leather lightly with a clean soft cloth.

Cutting System
The windscreen cutting system from HBC system is
used to remove glued-in windscreens from vehicles
without using cutting blades or metal wire.

The windscreen cutting system from

HBC system is used to remove glued-in
windscreens from vehicles without using
cutting blades or metal wire. As the tool
is powered using a rechargeable electric
screwdriver (not included as part of the kit), it
does not require much expenditure of force.

In order to cut through the adhesive bead

around the windscreen, the kit makes use of
the specially designed high-tensile cutting wire
(Part no. 623). This removal wire has a cutting
performance that is similar to standard metal
cutting cords, but is so soft and flexible that it
avoids any damage to the paintwork of the vehicle.

The tool is constructed in such a way that the tool

only needs to be repositioned four times to remove
the windscreen and the tool does not need to be
modified during the process.

conditions, hail etc or incidental annoying accidents or
vandalism, on campsites, during transit or at home.

surface design or pattern is taken (on the undamaged part
of the panel) using the patented vacuum tool,templates
and mouldmaker. The mould can then be transferred to
the damaged area where the special E-Filler is injected,
leaving a surface structure which corresponds exactly to
the original panel. After the material hardens the borders
are sanded and the whole repair area is powder blasted 9 10
using a specialist granulate E-Powder. The repair area can

The training of eye-hand coordination is one of the most difficult exercises when
training Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Trainees often spend several hours or days
before they can find the exact location of the tip of the tool.

HBC system has managed to find a solution for this issue by producing a PDR training
tool with a magnetic tip. A steel ball on top of the panel follows the tip wherever it goes
which makes it much easier to find the exact location of the tip of the tool.

Clean the surface with a clean
cloth using Glue remover.

Select the needed Plastic tip

Apply some hot glue on the Plastic tip

Place the Plastic tip in the center

of the dent.

Let it cool down for 3-4 min.

Place the Slide hammer on the Plastic tip

and pull the dent untill you have reached
the right level

Remove the Plastic tip from the surface

using Glue remover

Repeat step 2-9 untill you have reached

the needed result.

Polish the surface!

How to use Balancing Powder®

Balancing Powder® is placed inside the tyre before this is fitted to the rim. At a speed of 30 km/t the
centrifugal forces begin to take effect, whereupon the balancing powder is slung around in the tyre,
and the balancing effect begins to occur. The vibrations that arise in the tyre’s contact with the roadway
cause the balancing powder to move to the area of imbalance. This occurs constantly while driving,
thus producing a dynamic balance.
