Prior to becoming an attorney and joining the firm, Bob was a structural engineer consulting in the
commercial construction industry. Bob’s prior experience has also been instrumental in developing an
approach that looks at where his work on a particular matter fits within the larger scheme of a client’s
business operations. This approach not only benefits the client on the particular matter at hand, but
also minimizes the potential for that matter to frustrate the client’s larger objectives.

collection.
• Draft and negotiate data, software, website and mobile application hosting agreements.
• Draft and negotiate Software as a Service agreements, representing both providers and customers
of such services.
• Draft and negotiate software, website and mobile application development agreements,
representing both vendors and customers of such services.
• Obtained the transfer of domain names through Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
(UDRP) proceedings.
