The University is empowered under its Act to fix its own fee for the courses and programs run by it
and the Statutory Fee Committee of the university has fixed the tuition fee @ Rs. 15,98,500 per
annum. The University has already filed a writ petition in the Hon'ble Court of Allahabad against the
fee fixed by the State Government, as also for upholding the powers of the University to fix fee, and
the matter is presently sub judices and the final fees is subject to the outcome in the above said
matter.
In case the student fails and repeats the academic year will be liable to pay the full year tuition and

An additional supplementary exam’s fee from failed/detained students will be charged @ Rs.
50,000/- per subject per examination
An additional tuition fee @ 1/3 rd of Annual Tuition fee will be charged from detained (for
whatsoever reason)/failed students.
The tuition fee has not been fixed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh for Subharti Medical College
for the academic year 2019-20. However, it has been directed that the College will take the fee
which was fixed in the previous year on interim basis.

The student will have to enter into a registered agreement with the College that in case the fee is
increased they shall abide by the decision of the College and will pay the increased fee whatsoever.

The students will be required to give a registered bond of Rs. 30 lacs that they will do the village
duties in the village centres/off campus health centres for two years after completing the course. In
case, they break the Bond they will be required to pay a sum of Rs. 30 lacs.
