5. There should be an aim of life. A life without an aim is useless. A definite aim leads to success in life. 'I
would like to see myself as an army officer ten years hence.'
Many people educate their children aimlessly. Students themselves do not know what they are going to
be. They pass one examination after another. The result is that they found themselves in a hopeless
situation.
As regards myself, I want to be an army officer. I am preparing mentally as well as physically for it. I hope
to pass my academic examinations upto the intermediate with good marks and then I shall appear for
NDA. I am sure that I shall definitely compete the test successfully and shall become an army officer.
This is what I want to be. This is the dream of my life. It is my real aim. An army officer's importance is
much more than we see in watching· nation's boundary. The duties of an army officer are challenging and
he looks smart in his uniform. As an army officer I shall render a great service to my country. I pray to God
to fulfil my dream and make my life worth-living.
