Hallo everybody. In this beautiful morning, it’s

better for us to study English, because in the
night we will have a good concentration to
learn. It is not good if we just watch television
or use our mobile phone to open facebook,
twitter, or whatsup. Right? But it doesn’t mean
that I prohibit you to watch television or use
your mobile phone. If you can use the wisely it
is also good for you.
What is Procedure Text?
Procedure text is a text that explains or helps us how to make or use something.
Generic Structure Of Procedure Text Purpose Of Structure Text

- Goal ( e.g : How to make spaghetti) - To explain/tell (the reader) how to
- Material or Ingredient (e.g : the make/operate/do something through a
material to cook omelette are egg, onion, sequence of actions or steps.

How to Make A Cup Of Coffee
Materials and Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Prepare two spoons of sugar, a cup, hot water, one spoon of coffee powder, a spoon.
2. Put one spoon of coffee powder into the cup.
3. Pour some hot water into the cup.
4. Add 2 spoons of sugar into a cup of coffee.
5. Stir it well and the hot coffee is ready to drink.

How to Make Brownies
Ingredients
• 150gram of butter.
• 150gram of dark chocolate.
• 300 gram of flour
• 4 eggs.
• 600 gram of regular sugar
• 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
Steps
1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
2. Stir the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla extract.
3. Preheat the oven at low temperature
4. Combine the mixes you made.
5. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon.
6. Grease a brownie tin.
7. Add a little flour to cover the tin.
8. Add the brownie dough.
9. Bake for 10-30 minutes.
10. To check the brownies, put a knife in the mix. The knife must be moist!
11. Eat them 15 minutes after you took them out of the oven.

How To Make Fruit Ice
Materials :
 Mango
 Avocado
 Sugar water
 Milk
 Ice
 Apple
 Strawberries
 Wine
 Jackfruit
Steps :
1. First, Cut the fruit round or dice.

2. Then, Scratching the flesh of a melon.
3. Then, Boil sugar with water until cooked for about 30 minutes.
4. Next, Put in serving glasses that have been cut round pieces or dice.
5. Then, to taste Pour the sugar water, put ice cubes and put milk on ice fruit.
6. Last, put the decorations on the glass with a piece of strawberry on it.
INGREDIENTS :

3. When the coconut milk comes to a boil, pour it in the pot filled with rice and stir frequently until
all the liquid is absorbed.
4. Move the rice to a steamer until it is cooked.
5. Take out the leaves before serving.
PRESENTATION :
1. Serve hot on a platter with shredded omelet and a mixture of
fried peanuts and fried onions.
2. Garnish the platter with sliced cucumber, tomato and green
leaves. This recipe makes 4 servings.
