Duties
 Review drawings, documents and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives
and connection details.
 Develop and standardize shop fabrication drawing.
 Prepare shop drawings for works and submit it for endorsement before execution.
 Ensure shop drawing compliance with designs and to be properly coordinated with other
disciplines.
 Analyze all the given data and documents of the project.
 Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical
supervision.
 Prepare the final drawings to be submitted in accordance with quantity surveyor.

compensated the company 4 million pounds.

surveying.

 Prepare and arrange all interim invoices for subcontractors, suppliers and owner/client.

Duties
 Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
 Organizing human and material resources on site.
 Coordinate with the Construction Manager the receipt of drawings and materials
required.
 Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate
material & manpower.
 Submit a regular monthly report to evaluate the performance of Sub-Contractors for
assurance of project execution according to designated timeframes.
 Prepare receipt requests for conjunction Quality Control Manager and coordinate with
the Construction Manager in following up the handing over to the consultant.
 Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design
specifications and sanitation standards following up the progression of schedules and
time-frames.
