Group size
In order to maximize the learning effect, we organize our trainings in
small groups. In this way we ensure that participants have sufficient time
for individual questions in the theoretical parts. In the practical exer-
cises, each participants receives numerous opportunities to implement
newly acquired knowledge into practice immediately.
Certificates
At the end of the training all participants will receive a certificate as evi-
dence of qualification.
Experienced trainers
Our trainers have many years of experience through working in an in-
dustrial environment.
Locations
Our flexible trainers conduct seminars and training courses on-site at
your company or in our Excellence Centre in Bratislava.
Training description
Extensive Tensor family training for customer technicians and mainte-
nance teams on communication programming and external accessories.
Programming and tool options, ToolsTalk and data collection. With refer-
ence to basic tightening technology.
Training goals
To provide complete information and advanced knowledge about Tensor
tools, depending on the level of training.
Training description
Quality Assurance in Tightening training covering the complete family
of QAT products, and main quality requirements, including basic torque
measurements strategies and definition of different torques. Programming
and tool options, types of transducers, and their application. ToolsTalk and
data collection with tools data base.
Training goals
To provide complete theoretical and practical knowledge about QAT sys-
tems and their usage in the production environment.
Training description
IMS principles ISO 9001, ISO 14001, accreditation and auditing. Expla-
nation on what the processes and how to identify it. How to identify pro-
cesses and environmental aspects in different areas. Definition of risk in
health and safety, and the identification thereof. Exercises with simple risk
assessment.
Training goals
To provide basic theoretical knowledge about IMS principles and their
implementation in the business environment.
CALIBRATION TRAINING
Training description
What an accredited laboratory means, requires ISO 17025 to ACL. Ba-
sic requirements for calibration certificate, uncertainty of measurements,
standards for performance of calibrations. Descriptions of what calibration
is, what the measuring of capability is and what accredited measuring of
capability is.
Training goals:
To provide basic theoretical knowledge about calibration principles and-
standards in the production environment.
Training description
How to perform a quality energy audit, what equipment to use. What the
main requirements are for good airline installation. How pneumatic tools
work and what influences pressure and air flow have on their perfor-
mance. These are only a few of the questions that we answer during a
theoretical and practical Energy Audit.
Training goals
To have basic theoretical and practical knowledge on how to perform En-
ergy Audit.
Training description
What are the main guidelines when it comes to optimization of the tight-
ening process, understanding the physics and selecting the correct KPI’s
to monitor process improvements. What equipment and skills are needed
to improve production efficiency. All supported by Atlas Copco Production
Optimization and knowhow and long term experiences in the bolt tighten-
ing process.
Training goals
To give basic theoretical and practical knowledge on how to perform Pro-
duction Optimization.
Training description
3-days Lean training where participants learn about the main principles
of the holistic Lean Production Philosophy. After a prepared sequence of
theory lessons lead to practical activities where effects can be seen and
tried out in practice. We simulate real production environment and use rea
assembly tools to demonstrate the effects of Lean transformation.
Training goals
To gain basic theoretical and practical knowledge on Key Lean principles.
TIGHTENING TRAINING
Training description
Basic physics in tightening, relation of torque and clamping force, analy-
sis of the tightening process in details, different strategies, and ISO 5393
recommendations are some of the key theoretical topics covered in this
training. During the practical part different strategies are applied and ana-
lysed on different joints and measurements.
Training goals
To gain basic theoretical and practical knowledge on joint behaviour and
the tightening process.
Training goals:
To provide complete training and knowledge about the PowerMACS func-
tions and set up of hardware and software.
