Thanks for the call today [NAME]! … (engage in some basic chit-chat, then get to it!)

OK, so this call is going to be about 10-15 minutes and if you don’t mind, I’m going to ask you some
qualifying questions to see if we can help get the results you need.

If we find that we can help we’ll go through the framework of the plan that we use and discuss the
details of how we can work together. Is that OK? (getting them to say yes here is huge!)

Marketing
What marketing are you currently doing? What's working? What isn't?

What types of marketing have you done in the past if any?

If not, how do you get customers?

Do you have any way to track your marketing results?

How many customers per month do you currently get from your online marketing?

How many of those leads do you consistently turn into clients/customers?


(For service based companies. Doesn’t really apply to restaurants)

How many customers do you get from all your marketing?

How much does your average customer spend with you?

How many clients do you have every month?

Do happy customers refer more business to you?

How many customers do you need every month to grow your business?

Who’s currently following up with client opportunities?


(Could be used for restaurants, but rephrase to - are you following up with customers, and who’s doing that?)

How long does it generally take to follow up with leads?


(For service based companies. Doesn’t really apply to restaurants)
