This is to inform you that l, Karunakar Pradhan, S/o Late Banshidhar Pradhan, residence of Bamburi, P.O.: Biribati,
p.s. : Kandarpur, Dist.:Cuttack, Odisha & presently residlng at the above mentioned address in Bhubaneswar, as a
bonafied account holder/customer of your esteemed Bank, was introduced to another customer, one Mr. Saumya
Behera
Ranjan Swain by the then Chief Manager of Bank of Baroda, Nayapalli Branch, Bhubaneswar Shri Duryodhan
who induced me to invest in the business firm named M/S. SHREE BUILD MART PVT.LTD. of above said Saumya
Ranjan Swain by taking over his business and accordingly taken my signatures in a bunch of Bank documents along
with the title deed of mY land.

After lapse of a considerable period, when I could not be able to get any information relating to the status of lhe
business and my position there in, I directly enquired with the branch and came to know that Mr. Duryodhan Behera
is

already transferred to some other place & the loan accounl is on the verge of becoming NPA.

When I could not establish contact with Mr.Behera & Mr.Swain afler repeated attempts, I think it would be appropriate to
ask for your early interference in the matter and do the needful in the interest ofjustice.
