In People’s Development, it is our belief that, offering the appropriate proportion of costs
and gain, professional training and development solutions should be available to majority
of potential corporate clients, as well as individual participants.

Therefore, we developed our pricing policy based on the following factors:

1. Provision of good quality services has its value and price.

2. Optimisation of secondary costs offers the opportunity to make the training process more
efficient, thus reducing the final price for clients.

3. Clients should only pay for the aspects actually related to the ordered service.

4. We do not charge any hidden or additional fees.

5. We guarantee the contracted price during the whole project implementation.

Adhering to these principles we were able to reduce the prices of our solutions by 30 – 50 %
compared to current market prices and offers of our competitors. How?

One of the key steps is decentralisation of our company and allowing “home office” for majority
of our trainers and contributors. In other words, our clients do not pay for costly business
premises, assistants or inefficient paperwork.

Utilisation of low-cost marketing campaigns, focus on on-line presentation, or using our own
