Materials:

* Yarn:
Phildar Phil Coton 3:
Blanc 0010 (White), 2
Mercure 0008 (Taupe),
Rosee 0001 (Pink),
Porcelaine 0013(Blue)
Catania SMC:
0262 (Green),
0172 (l. green)
* Crochet hook size C (3mm) (with other yarn, use appropriate hook)
* Safety eyes 0.25 inch (6mm)
* Stitch marker
* Fiberfill
* Yarn needle

Used stitches and abbreviations:

ch = chain inc = increase
tch = turn chain dec = decrease
slst = slip stitch st = stitches
sc = single crochet rnd = round
hdc = half double crochet rep = repeat
dc = double crochet

About the pattern:

The pattern is crocheted in continuous spirals without joining the rounds, do not join or turn unless otherwise
instructed. You will need a stitch marker to keep track of where the beginning of each round starts; move the marker
up to the first stitch of the next round after finishing the previous one.

Magic ring:
Wrap the yarn around your finger 3 times, with the short end at your fingertips. Thread your hook through the first 2
loops and pull the third loop through, wrap the long end over the hook and make a chain stitch. Let the ring slip from
your finger. Now you can begin with the single crochet.
(There are a lot of tutorials on Youtube.com, I’ve learned it that way )
If you have trouble making the magic ring, you can also make 2 chain stitches and crochet the single crochet in the
second chain stitch.

Changing colours:
Start with making a single crochet, but don’t pull the final loop through. Instead, wrap the new colour of yarn around
your hook and pull it through the remaining loops.

Decreasing:
Insert the hook in the front loop of the first stich, then insert the hook in the front loop of the second stitch. Wrap
the yarn over the hook and draw it through the first two loops on the hook. Wrap the yarn over again and draw
through the two remaining loops.
