LETTER OF UNDERTAKING

residing at _______________ as tenant(s) hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations (currently

in force and which may be modified from time to time) laid down by the Association.

I/We have read the rules and regulations followed by the Association and can take action against me/us

for any Rule violation and also assure that If the Maintenance charges is not paid on time association

can cut the Essential Services until the payment will be made.

Rules & Regulations
1. You will be given 2 copies of NOC – your transport will be allowed only on producing a copy of the NOC in the
gate.

2. Your trucks/transport will be allowed in or out of the Association after 10.00 a.m. or before 5.00 p.m. strictly &
not between 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

4. Ensure all Association maintenance dues are cleared before shifting in/out.

5. Please ensure that you do not use the lift for oversize/heavy objects (i.e. beds, sofas, cupboards. Refrigerators/
A/cs’& other goods. Any damage to lift during the process will attract a penalty.

6. Application for NOC – to move in & out needs 3 days notice minimum.

7. Produce ID-card issued by the Association if requested for by the Security.

8. Affix stickers issued by the Association on the vehicles to facilitate smooth entry into the campus – compulsory.

9. Obtain Id-Cards for driver, maid servant, domestic help, etc. and advise them to produce the same if requested
for by the Security – compulsory.

10. Do not disturb your neighbour by playing loud music or any such activity beyond 10 p.m.

11. Park your vehicle in the space allotted to you. Do not park vehicles in a ‘No Parking’ area.

12. Ensure that all taps are properly closed to avoid water leakage.

13. Segregate waste into ‘dry’ and ‘wet’ as per guidelines issued by the Association.

14. Do not Smoke / Consume Liquor /spitting in Common Areas. (Strictly Prohibited), Penalty Class Applicable.

15. Do obey for the Speed Limit of 20Km/hr inside Premises and don’t ride inside the parking areas of the other
flats please use specified Road only.

16. Do not use Terrace for parties, Get-togethers etc it is strictly Prohibited.

17. You will have to submit all vehicle stickers/id cards along with Vacation NOC Form before moving out.
18. If the Company taken for Rent, Authorisation Letter from HR to association to be given for their guests, without
that persons are not allowed.

19. Student Bachelors Friends strictly not allowed inside the Premises.

20. Student Bachelors Movement Restricted from 11PM to 5AM in the Gate. (Need Permission from Association
for Emergency Cases).

21. Usage of Common Facilities such as Parks, GYM, Club House etc will be Restricted from 11PM to 5AM due to
Security Reasons this applicable to all Residents.

22. Residential Flat should not be used for any Commercial activities if found action will be taken by the association
by serving the vacation Notice.

23. Some of the Educational Activities such as Music classes, Yoga, Tuition Classes only are allowed Time being for
the betterment of Residents inside the Flat, A proper NOC Should be obtained from the Association and the special
Rules of the following is applicable.
- No Entrants from outside is allowed and these activities are exclusively for the Residents inside VGN Brixton only.
- The Details of Staffs should be intimated to association and get the Temporary ID Cards without Fail.
- No Common Area usage will be allowed, it is restricted to individual flats only.
- If any Complaints from the Neighbours the Stop work Notice will be provided and will be vacated immediately.
- No Illegal activities will be allowed inside the Flat, If found Legal actions will be taken and immediate vacation
notice will be served.
- Association Reserved Rights to reject any time (As per bye law the commercial activities is strictly Prohibited
inside the flats).

24. Pets are strictly not allowed inside the Brixton premises.

25. All the Common Facilities such as Parks, Gyms, Club house Rules & Regulations Should be followed, failing such
will initiate entry Restriction into Common facilities by the Association.

26. Student Bachelor tenants are not allowed.
