4. The said Terms (of the said Tenancy)

d) Termination Notice : (3) Three months (from either side)

commencement date of the said Terms and thereafter payable on the first day of every
subsequent month)

b) Fluorescent lights (2’ x 4’ x 2’) : 3 Nos.
(Tubes to be replaced at own cost)
c) Air-Cond unit (Maintenance to be borne by sub-tenant)

8. Stamp Duty : Borne by sub-tenant
