1. Introduction Carla Cargo Trailer

The Carla Cargo trailer is a three-wheel steered trailer with an overrun brake and an optional
electric drive for transporting heavy loads. The Carla Cargo trailer can be used with almost any
standard bicycle, pedelec and e-bike. The loading volume is 1.5 m³ with a possible payload of up to
150 kg. Uncoupled from the bicycle, the trailer can act as a handcard. The electric drive supports
the delivery of the loads at speeds of up to 6 km/h. The Carla Cargo trailer offers a wide range of
applications in cargo transportation from road traffc, on the cycle path, in pedestrian zones and
even fts into modern elevators to deliver goods directly to the offcee
