Identifying information

The participant is 24 years old female having first birth order among 3 siblings; 2

brothers and no sister. She is doing MS from Bahria University Islamabad and she currently

is in 2nd semester. Her father is a business man and her mother is a housewife. She is living

in nuclear family system. She resides in Islamabad.

Behaviour Observation

Participant was relaxed alluring the test administration. She willingly agreed to take

the test. The participant was physiologically well. The participant was dressed according to

the weather. She looked clean by appearance. She was cooperative. Participant feels

comfortable sitting in chair during assessment.

Family attitude

The patient response to items 4, 11 and 35 suggested her affection towards her parents

and she expressed her feelings of love towards them.

In item 4 she mentioned that back home everybody loves me it indicate that she has a

close attachment with her family.

In item 11 she mentioned that a mother loves their children which indicate her

gratitude towards mother. From all these items it seems that she is close to her family and

has no any conflict with her family.

Social and Sexual attitude

Items 19, 8 and 40 indicates that he loves people. She has a good tendency of mixing

well with people in social settings but according to item 9 and 10 indicates that might have

some problem in her social setting as in item 10 she says, people pleasing is hard for me

which indicates a conflict.

Sexual attitude

According to participant’s item 7 and 26 response; men are responsible and marriage

is essential it expresses her interest in opposite sex which further indicates that the

participant has positive sexual attitude.


General attitude

The items 2, 3, 12, 13, 16, 20, 24 has positive attitude and also reported that she is

happy in present time and she regrets very little. Her attitude towards sports, dance and

singing is also evident.

She has desires that she will have a bright future as according to item 24 she is

optimistic and hopeful about her future. She also has an inclination towards achieving

success and adopting new habits.

Character traits

The sentences are logical and coherent and betray no bizarre- ness of thought,

associational breakdowns or excessive stereotyping. Outstanding character traits seem to be

calm, determined and high self-esteem.

The items 5, 12, 13, 20, 23, 27, 25, 29 indicate that she is confident about herself. It

also shows that she wants to improve herself and has high self-esteem.

Summary

Miss Z. presents a picture of an active, emotionally labile girl with high self-confidence. She

is probably having difficulty in social situations due to her need of social approval. A

particularly warm relationship with her parents is evident. She is ambitious and optimistic

about her future.
