Check the carriage motor, and check all the cable. Possible the life of the feed
motor is gone

Auto Print/Cut adjustment without the Tool/Crop Mark Sensor Adjustment. Tool / Crop
Mark Sensor Adjustment has not been performed.
Thermistor of the Print Heater doesn't work correctly. Thermistor of the Print
Heater is broken. There is a cut-line/short in the wiring of the Thermistor.

2. What timing does the error occur? Does it occur when the machine performs any
specific operation?
5. Does it occur under some specific condition? (kind of RIP, version or printing
mode and so on)
6. When did the error start to show up? Is it after doing something to the machine?
If it is a problem of the hardware, it can be solved by replacing the Main board.
NOTE 2
2. Please check the mechanical Backlash or loose with the scanning axes. When you
still have Internal error even if you check above points, please check steps 3 - 6
below. This error could also be happened when the Tool carriage disconnection error
occurs.

4. Please perform Lock Position Adjustment.
