    BITUMEN SPRAYER

    The asphalt distributor or bitumen sprayer is modern machines designed for uniform
    controlled spraying of hot asphalt. These machines are now a critical part of the
    construction fleets. From road construction to repair, bitumen sprayers are the ultimate
    solution. These high-performance machines produce best quality results with outcomes.

    The tank holds the bitumen and heats it up when required. The tank contains an internal
    coil which is used for heating up the bitumen. There are ladders on the tank for easy access
    to the top. It is important that all the systems in the tank function properly.

    Burner unit- Though ignored at times, the burner plays a crucial role in the functioning of
    the tank. It is important that the tank is fitted with a good quality oven that can heat up the
    tank quickly.

    Engine- It is mostly an air-cooled diesel engine of high horsepower that runs the bitumen
    pump and compressor. A bitumen sprayer should have the best quality engine and related
    components that can produce high pressure and consumes relatively less fuel.

    Bitumen pump and air compressor- Driven by the powerful engine, the bitumen pump
    effectively pumps the component for proper spraying and fast filling of the container. The
    air compressor is a high-power compressor that is used for opening and closing of valves
    and for pressurized cleaning mechanism.

    Sprayer- A spray bar and the ancillary components together form the spraying system. The
    spray bar elongates to almost twice its length when it opens. The spray bar comes with
    height and width adjustment facilities. In case the sprayer is taken to some other place or is
    not in use, the spray bar can be removed and kept separately. For further convenience, the
    sprayer is attached to a hand spray pipe. It is helpful in covering roadsides and places
    where it is difficult for the spray bar to reach.

    Cleaning system- After carrying all the bitumen, an effective cleansing system is necessary
    for the machine. An effective and easy cleaning system ensures further use of the bitumen
    sprayer. It is cleaning using the air compressor and diesel.
