fried kibbe

Fried kibbe is a traditional mediterranean recipe.(wheat bulgur and minced beef recipe)

Ingredients
For filling:
 1kg of red minced beef
 2onions finely chopped
 1/2teaspoon salt
 1/4teaspoon pepper kingdom
 1/2teaspoon cinnamon powder
 1/2teaspoon cumin powder
For shell:
 1kg bulgur wheat 
 1/2kg of red minced beef(very fine)
 1teaspoon salt
 1/2teaspoon pepper kingdom
How to prepare
Wash the thin wheat with filtered water and let on the side.
Peel and finely chop the onions, and saute with some vegetable oil, add 1 kg of ground beef plus the
ingredients of filling and stir over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Leave to cool on the side.
Place the thin wheat in a colander and squeeze well to remove excess water.
Put the wheat in a bowl, add 1/2kg of fine minced beef,salt and pepper kingdom, and mix well with
hands or food processor.
Now take an egg sized amount of shell mixture and form into a ball. With your finger,makea hole in
the ball, making a space for filling. Add the filling and pinch the top to seal the ball. You can then
shape it like a(rhombus)
Fry the kibbeh in preheated vegetable oil at high temperature.

INGREDIENTS 

 -1 kg wheat flour 
 -40g yeast
 -2 teaspoons salt 
 -2 teaspoons sugar 
 -2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
 -1 liter of warm water

PREPARATION

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a glass and let it develop for 15 minutes. 
In a bowl combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar and oil.
Add warm water gradually and knead until the dough become smooth and soft.
Cover the bowl with a cloth for 15 minutes. 
Divide the dough into small pieces and form smooth balls. 
Covers the balls with a cloth and let rise for (30-40) minutes.
Open the balls in the form of discs very thin (1mm thick) and pass in wheat flour.
Bake in preheated oven at very high temperature  and takes the bread when staying golden.
