2.0 Brief description of contract works:

The works includes . Construction of 1-Storey, 2- Classroom School Building @ Little Baguio
ES, San Fernando, Bukidnon, complete as per approve plan and program of works.

The works includes Provision of field Office for Engineer (Rental Basis) ;Permits and
Clearances; Project Billboard/Signboard; Occupational Safety and Health Program;
Mobilization/Demobilization; Structure Excavation (Common Soil); Embankment, from
Structure Excavation; Embankment, from Borrow; Gravel Fill;Structural Concrete ( Footings
and slab on fill), Class A;Structural Concrete( Footing Tie Beams), Class A; Structural Concrete
( Columns) Class A; Structural Concrete ( Beams) Class A; Reinforcing Steel ( Deformed Grade
40); Forms and Falseworks; Termite Control works; Soil Poisoning; Masonry Works; CHB Non
Load Bearing( including Reinforcing Steel) 150 mm thk; Sanitary/ Plumbing works; Sewer Line
Works; Plumbing Fixtures; Cold Water Works; Fabricated Materials; Carpentry and joinery

Upon issuance of the “Notice to Proceed” the contractor will immediately mobilize the
materials and manpower needed in the implementation of the project.

Temporary shelter, first aide facilities and personal protective equipment should be
provided to ensure safety and hazard free working area.

All materials to be used should conformed to the standards and in accordance with the plans
and specifications or as directed by the assigned agency project engineer.

All works schedule should conform to the approved PERT-CPM to finish the project on time or
augment manpower and fast-track the delivery of materials whenever necessary.

After final inspection, demobilization will follow provided that the completed project is
properly cleaned-up and free from defects.
