The cut-off is sat to a desired value by compressing the spring by spring adjusting screw. The cutot value is adjustable and is generally set at a higher value then required for operation of the control valve. IW the actuator spring range is 0.2-1.0 kgom2g, the cut-off could be set at, say 1.4 kglomag. Where number of control loops are involved, the relay could be set at, say 3.0 kglemag, The Air Lock needs an impuise connection from the air supply header, for operation. The standard cut-off range (spring range) is 1-4 kg/om2. However, cutoff range 28 kglcm2 is also available. Inlet supply air and the outlet pressure gauge should be available to re-adjust. To agust the cutoff value, remove the cap and gust the spring adjusting screw until desired outlet Cutott pressure is achieved. Turning the adjusting sero clockwise will increase the cutot setting and turning it anti-clockwise wil reduce the cut-off sting. Please note that Air Lock has a differential pressure of 0.1-0.3 kg/em2 higher than the cutot! pressure. Replace cap securely after having re-adjusted the cut-off-value.
