EXPERIENCE
While improving customer service skills, I was tasked with money handling and keeping the store clean. Along with closing
down the store at the end of the work day.
While helping maintain the cleanliness of the plant, I was tasked with improving the 5S standard that was to be followed by
the plant.
Starting as a cashier, I quickly moved to the role of “Customer Service Specialist”, meaning I was to assist customers with
any complications or problems they had with their experience with the team. Along with money handling and closing down
the store when scheduled to do so.
