 Answer all questions within the allocated time frame and respecting ergonomic practices.
 Demonstrate satisfactory knowledge and understanding of all the elements/ performance
criteria defined in the unit descriptor.
If competency is not achieved then the candidate is entitled to a resit. If the candidate is assessed as
unsatisfactory after the resit then they must re-enrol in the unit.

T he great advantage of word processing over using a typewriter is that you can make changes
without retyping the entire document. If you make a typing mistake, you simply back up the
cursor and correct your mistake.

If you want to delete a paragraph, you simply remove it, without leaving a trace. It is equally easy to
