Implementing and Managing Learning
Establishes and maintains clear and consistent rules & routines, and utilises a
variety of positive reinforcement strategies to ensure that they are followed.
In the beginning, I was not comfortable to attend one of the college's lessons. I
thought I would be biased toward my friends. Ms, Khawla welcomed all the students from the college to
attend her lesson. I attended the class with
she had some chairs ready for us in the back. I enjoyed Ms. Khawla lesson very much. I wish all the teach
ers would make
the lesson fun like what Khawla have done in her lesson. Attending my colleague's lesson helped me get new ideas. I
liked how she started her lessons with a game that is linked to the topic and I was surprised to see how the
students were e
engaged and all wanted to participate in her game. Ms. Khawla rewarding system was nice and I would like to create
something like it in my future lessons. My only problem with Ms. Khawla lesson I did not see differentiation
for the activities.
